Privacy Policy
Last updated June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Snowe AI (“Snowe AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website, products, and services (the “Services”). Snowe AI helps marketers reach the right audiences using identity, audience, and intent data. We operate in and offer the Services only within the United States, and we adhere to applicable self-regulatory standards, including those of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), and the Data & Marketing Association (DMA). To submit a universal opt-out, email support@snowe.ai.
Information we obtain and use
We obtain and process personal information such as name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, as well as hashed or encrypted email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, and mobile advertising IDs. We obtain this information from consumer-facing companies, data compilers, public records, census data, public directories, and our digital and data partners.
We do not collect or use Social Security numbers or banking information, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
How we use personal information
We organize information into audience segments — categories that reflect likely interests such as sports, travel, or household profile — so marketers can deliver more relevant offers across online, email, and offline channels and reduce unwanted messaging. We also use information to provide and improve the Services, ensure security, and comply with the law.
The services we provide to marketers
- Data and list services — audience targeting for direct mail and advertising.
- Email services — campaign targeting, subject to CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Online advertising — de-identified audience segments for digital media; personal information is not placed in advertising cookies.
- Verification, fraud detection, and analytics.
- Cross-channel marketing and internal product improvement.
How we respect your privacy
Before information is used for advertising, identifiers are irreversibly hashed into a non-human-readable, de-identified form. Online and offline databases are kept technologically segregated, we exclude sensitive categories of data (see below), and we contractually require our partners to honor applicable privacy obligations.
Your opt-out rights
- Email and direct mail / display: email support@snowe.ai with your first name, last name, and current address to opt out of marketing sourced from our database.
- Online interest-based ads: use the DAA’s AboutAds tools or the Network Advertising Initiative to set browser opt-out cookies.
- Mobile devices: use your Android or iOS settings to opt out of interest-based ads or limit ad tracking.
Opt-outs are generally browser- or device-specific and reduce ad customization rather than stopping ads entirely.
How we share information
We share personal information and audience segments with service providers and agents who help us deliver, measure, and analyze campaigns, and with business and data partners for tailored advertising and analytics. We license personal information to clients for marketing and fraud-detection purposes. We do not sell personal information to individual consumers, and we do not share it with ad networks that serve advertising on third-party websites.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixel tags and clear GIFs) to recognize visitors and preferences, measure usage and campaign performance, and support advertising features. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Sensitive information and children
We do not offer audience segments built from financial records, health or medical information, or data we know to be from individuals under 18. This restriction applies to data Snowe AI provides; customers and partners may use their own separate datasets under their own policies.
Security
We use multiple layers of physical and electronic security, including firewall protections, encryption of data in transit, and strict access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This section supplements our notice for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
